摘要：

This article mainly presents an analysis of the relationship between independent innovation and intellectual property rights. First of all; it briefly introduces the theory about innovation and intellectual property rights separately. Then considers how to define the independent innovation according to the reality. Though the logical illation, it concludes that there is tightness linkage between the two.
