摘要：

The gold catalyzed tandem cycloisomerization/fluorination of alkynylic alcohols gives difluoro hydroxyl tetrahydrofurans at room temperature in moderate to good yields. The gold catalyzed monofluorolactonization of alkynylic acids to the corresponding fluoro lactones was also explored. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
