摘要
The TEMPSIMU program is very useful for evaluation of the effect of casting parameters, and by this way gives a tool for development of technology. The casting speed and overheating effect was investigated on shell thickness, surface temperature and liquid pool length and, as a consequence, macro segregation and quality parameters, furthermore it has a direct effect on productivity. Besides the modified secondary cooling system effects were investigated on solidification.
