Land-Use Problems and Countermeasures in the Department between Urban and Rural Areas: A Case Study of Qingdao

Department between urban and rural areas is a special combination of micro-economic area, where the land types are complex and diverse. With the rapid development of China's economy and the speeding up of the process of urbanization, the economy in this department develops fast, however, in terms of its land using, a lot of problems have aroused, and especially the waste of the arable land resources is most prominent. This paper takes the department between urban and rural areas in Qingdao as an example, analyses its land-use characteristics and the causes of land-use problems, at the same time proposes the corresponding countermeasures, with a view to contribute to the rational use of land combined with urban and rural areas.
