摘要：

The essay investigates and analyses career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates of 5 higher occupational Institutions in Chongqing. Methods: we test 812 undergraduates career decision-making self-efficacy and carry out the analysis of variances and correlation analysis. Results show: 1. There is significant differences between career decision-making self-efficacy of undergraduates and their gender, grade, part-time jobs, urban or rural domicile, one-child. 2. Undergraduate career decision-making self-efficacy was significantly positive with sex, grade, part-time jobs, urban or rural domicile, one-child. Finally, the paper analyses and interprets the result with actual social reality
