摘要
The precise assembly system with high precision is mainly used for special assembly of some electrical components so minute and fragile which they can not be hold by traditional assembly means. In addition, the assembly precision required is so high (+/-5mum) that it is difficult to reach by traditional methods. The system developed adopts big lattice, high resolution and precision digital camera; the combination of the optics system with the reverse-photographing structure enable the ratio between working distance and focus to reach 1.2 to 2, so that an appropriate working distance can be obtained.
