摘要：

From the system dynamics point of view, the paper applies the real estate development project construction risk's characteristic and establishes risk control model for real estate development project, and carries the analysis to the model. Considering all the above, there are five aspects to put forward the countermeasure proposal, namely the progress control, the cost control, the quality control, the safety control and the system control.
