摘要
The construction industry has great potential to improve its energy efficiency by implementing a wide range of cost-effective technologies. This article discusses related problems and possible solutions to advance the efficiency, safety, and quality of construction sites' power supply systems. It also identifies the innovations to provide the power supply to remote regions, as it is vital to start the alternative power energy usage when the traditional system of power supply cannot be implemented or has too high costs. The construction sites were studied at the pre-construction and construction stages. Key problems with the power supply were identified. Energy efficiency is measured as the ratio of the useful output of the end-use maintenance and the associated energy input, which highlights the importance of integrating the energy efficiency into decisions about construction site equipment. Cost-effective construction solutions are not possible without electrical management on sites.
