摘要：

Financial risk management is very important to production and operation activities of enterprise. How to identify financial risk is critical to risk management. In this paper, the formation and transmission mechanism of 3D financial risk is studied after analyzing the status of financial risk research. Next, it puts forwards 3D financial risk identifying theory based on industry risk critical point and builds index system. Then, it studies 3D financial risk identification matrix preliminary. All these researches provide a reference for enterprises' financial risk management.
