Based on the present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise innovation analysis, conducts the research from two aspects of management and technology innovation, the small and medium- sized enterprises,should start from the aspects of enterprise strategy, organization, management system, innovation idea, innovation capital and technical cooperation, enhance the enterprise own innovation strength, to get rid of the imitation situation, improve the competitiveness of enterprises through innovation.
