摘要
Today's enterprises have to confront with complicated circumstances, accordingly, successive innovations are necessary. To support these innovations, knowledge management is the strongest backing and best instrument. On the other hand, as economic globalization developing speedily, unexpected incidents and disruptions occur every now and then, resulting in tremendous risks for ever complicated supply chain system. In this paper, we briefly analyze and summarize the ideological core and recent research trend of knowledge management. After that, construction proposal of Supply Chain Resilience (SCR) is formulated based on the problems enterprises face to throughout contingency management; various competences needed for the realization of SCR are also summarized. Finally, through the establishment of management system of emergency knowledge, the competences needed for SCR realization are reinforced, and a set of strategies that utilize emergency knowledge management system to assist supply chain enterprises in prompt and accurate decisions regarding contingencies are devised.
