摘要
The emergence of Internet has far-reaching influence on enterprises. E-commerce not only improves enterprises' operating efficiency but also changes their business model. Based on reviewing the origin of business model concept, this article investigates the existing studies on E-commerce business model, and adopts the case study method to analyze the positive effect of E-commerce business model innovation on enterprises' competitive advantage from the perspective of business model elements and business model value-creating resources.
