摘要
In this paper, the microstrip patch antenna is proposed for GPS application. The antenna parameters are simulated using CADFEKO antenna design software. The proposed antenna is designed at 1.22GHz operating frequency. The design parameters of the antenna were found out using various formulae. Manufacturing of the proposed antenna is done. Testing of proposed antenna on network analyzer is conducted for comparative study. Simulation results and the hardware testing results have been shown in this paper. Furthermore, comparison of the simulation results and the hardware results of the proposed antennais shown in this paper.
