摘要：

The use of multimedia technology in the management information system is a main trend In the world today. Compared with, the traditional system, management information system composed of multimedia information is much closer to the natural method by which we understand the world. In this paper, we will describe an instance of using multimedia technology in a real estate management information system. The will introduce briefly the system design and implementation.
