摘要
The chromatographic behavior of anionic samples in reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC was studied based on a three-factor first-order experimental design. The empirical regression equations were obtained for the column capacity factor as a function of the ion-pair reactant concentration, the amount of organic modifier, and the pH value of the mobile phase.
