摘要：
Corporate social responsibility is one of the most concerned issues in both Theoretical Circle and Practical Circle. This passage designs indicators to measure corporate social responsibility, and makes a conclusion that the fulfillment of China's listed companies' social responsibility is at a low level as a whole according to the analysis of sample companies' indicators. Then we make an analysis of the Corporate Governance Factors' influence on Corporate Social Responsibility according to the empirical study of their relativity, and make a conclusion that perfecting Corporate Governance Structure is in favor of the fulfillment of Corporate Social Responsibility. At last we make suggestions on how to promote companies to fulfill Social Responsibility in a better way.
