摘要
The thin-layer chromatographic behavior of the natural, sulfur-containing amino acids (Cys, Hcys, Met) and their phosphonic analogues (Cys(P) Hcys(P), Met(P)) has been studied. Their detection limits using iodine and molybdate, ninhydrine and iodine-azide reagents were determined and the R-F values of these two classes of amino acids in acidic, neutral and mild basic solvent systems were compared.
