摘要
The results of the epoxidation of allyl alcohol with 30% hydrogen peroxide in methanol over the Ti-Beta catalyst with an enhanced amount of alkali ions were presented. This catalyst was obtained by the introduction of Na+ and K+ ions into a crystallising gel. The optimisation was carried out under conditions established by means of the mathematical method of experimental design. The maximum values and the course of functions describing the process were established. These functions include: the yield of glycidol in relation to allyl alcohol introduced into the reactor, the selectivity of the transformation to glycidol in relation to consumed allyl alcohol and hydrogen peroxide and the degrees of conversions of allyl alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. The optimum technological parameters of the process have been established after drawing the contour drawings presenting the course of function in the system of two variable parameters. These conditions were confirmed by performing additionl syntheses for these parameters. The optimum parameters and corresponding to them values of function were compared with those obtained in the presence of Ti-Beta catalyst which was synthesised from a crystallising gel containing Na+ ions.
