摘要：

Cryptococcal meningitidis is rare, occurring particularly in adults infected with the HIV virus. The authors report the cases of 2 immunocompetent girls who were 3 and 13 years old. The authors describe the risk factors, the clinical symptoms, and the biological characteristics of the cerebrospinal fluid. (C) 2010 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
