摘要：

The design and investment project supervision aid system puts together all components related with construction investment project from the project idea through to the last practical phase of investment realization. Now every investor has his specific requirements to be met by the project solutions. The Investor either orders modern solutions regardless of their price or select those he can afford or those that can fully employ the organizational structure of the company. Sometimes is a problem of "high degree of automation of the system accompanied by small reduction of employment".
