摘要：
A fast convergent approximation of the dynamics of a system with time delays is proposed. Such an approximation is developed in the time-domain and has a matrix representation that is affine in the magnitude of the delay tau. This affine dependence on tau allows a subsequent analysis of the robustness of the system using LMI approaches.
