摘要
The Ag-x(AS(0),S-33(0,67))(100-x) amorphous chalcogenide films were prepared by standard spin-coating techniques from their organic solution. The prepared films were stabilized in vacuum furnace at elevated temperatures. Composition and physico-chemical properties of the prepared films have been studied. Holographic diffraction gratings have been written into prepared films. (C) 2004 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
