摘要
A hybrid integrated micro-disk resonator (MDR) temperature sensing system based on differential interrogation and microwave photonics is proposed and demonstrated in this paper. Utilizing a pair of optical Gaussian filters with shifted center wavelength, high-speed MDR sensor demodulation with immunity to power fluctuations, ability of sensor locating, good linearity and high sensitivity of -0.3362 dB/degrees C can be realized experimentally, promising good potentials in the applications of integrated photonic sensing and interrogation.
