摘要
In this article we present a section of research developed for the production of doctoral theses in the field of studies and research in the Sociology of Education. We aim to discuss teaching practices in the discipline of Religious Education in confessional public schools agreed with the State. The proposed problematization addresses the issue of the secularity of the State, as well as the space given to religion/religiosity in public schools. The research methodology consisted of interviews with three teachers of the Religious Education discipline, the dices were analyzed from the Bourdieusian perspective. The results indicate that teachers have insecurities regarding the development of their practices, doubts regarding the contents and concepts to be worked on.
