摘要
This review reports the reactivity of indolizines. The reactions section covers, in general, electrophilic, oxidation, reduction, addition, cycloaddition, condensation, and Mannich and multicomponent reactions. The synthesis of bis-indolizines and cyclazines are reported. The reaction mechanisms are discussed.
