摘要
The nonexpandable mesh is a valuable tool for skin grafting that combines the functional advantages of mesh grafting and the aesthetic results of SGs; nonexpandable MGs adapt to uneven surfaces and allow for drainage of wound fluids, while their appearance is similar to that of a SG. This method can and should be used when superior aesthetic results after wound coverage are needed. The method is simple and easily applicable and requires no specific equipment other than a meshing machine. © 2007 by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Inc.
