On some finite orders of certain cyclically presented groups

摘要：
Johnson, Kim and O'Brien [4] introduced two pairs of infinite families of cyclically presented groups G(k)(n) and H-k(n) (k = 1, 2), and raised a question which of the G(k)(n) and H-k(n) are finite groups. In this paper, we answer the question by considering the topological properties arising from 3-manifolds.
