Constant-wavelength synchronous spectrofluorimetry for determination of benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene in presence of 16 EPA polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)

摘要
A method capable of determining 3 PAHs: benzo[a]pyrene, benzo[b]fluoranthene and benzo[k]fluoranthene in a mixture of 16 PAHs by constant wavelength mode synchronous spectrofluorimetry was developed. The limits of detection (LD) and quantification (LQ) are between 0.09 and 0.23 mug/l for benzo[a]pyrene, 0.19 and 0.46 mug/l for benzo[b]fluoranthene and 0.3 and 0.44 mug/l for benzol[k]fluoranthene.
