摘要
DNA is vitally important macromolecule and often used in various fields of biochemistry, biology and medicine as a polymer or model compound or as a part of drug delivery systems. In numerous studies the DNA fluorescence and phosphorescence emission was observed and investigated. It is known that adenine possesses the lowest triplet electronic energy level among the other bases of DNA (guanine, tymidine, cytosine), and DNA phosphorescence emission is mainly connected with adenine-tymidine (AT-) complexes emission. In this article, various types of adenine-containing compounds have been studied by optical methods, and their luminescence spectra were analyzed. The UV-Vis spectra as well as fluorescence and phosphorescence spectra of water solutions of AMP, PolyA and deoxyadenosine at temperatures 300 K and 77 K were studied. The dramatic difference in phosphorescence spectra structures and intensities of adenine-containing compounds in dependence on their composition and structure in number of cases were revealed. The reasons of this phenomenon were discussed.
