Brachial plexus injuries can result in devastating functional losses. Variability in injury patterns can complicate diagnosis and potentially delay treatment. This article provides an overview of the pathoanatomy, pathomechanics, and physical findings associated with brachial plexus injuries in an attempt to provide a framework for expedient diagnosis.
