摘要：

With the rise of modern outdoor sports, women's participation in fitness has steadily increased, and the sports bra has been developing accordingly. Due to the difference in the physical structure of women and the intensity of exercise activity, the functional requirements for sports bras are different, thereby effecting the emergence of different sports bras styles. This paper analyzed the development of sports bras at home and abroad, combined with the current market survey results to present a subjective evaluation on the wearing experience of sports bras during exercise, in order to better realize the functionality of the sports bra and provide new ideas for styles.
