摘要
A titania (TiO2) precursor was first prepared by hydrolysis of the titanium complex in acetone solution. Then monodispersed nanocrystalline TiO2 particles were obtained via calcination of the precursor at appropriate temperatures. The structural properties of as-prepared particles were investigated by using thermogravimetry (TG), differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. Structural characterization indicates that these nanocrystalline TiO2 was anatase phase and the average particle size was about 20 nm. Moreover, this simple and cheap synthetic route was suitable for large-scale synthesis of TiO2 nanoparticles.
