Separation of 8 Anions by Porous Monodisperse Poly ( styrene-co-divinyl benzene) Ion-pair Chromatographic Stationary Phase

摘要
The monodisperse 8 mu m porous styrene-co-divinylbenzene ( PSt-DVB) resins as the ion pair chromatographic stationary phase was prepared by one-step swelling and polymerization method. The mixture of 2 mmol/L, tetrabutylammonium hydroxide ( TBAOH), 10% ( V/V) acetonitrile and 1.5 mmol/L sodium carbonate was used as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column has superior separation ability for the inorganic anions (F-, Ac-, Cl-, NO2-, Br-, NO3-, SO42-, HPO42-). The effect for the separation of the eight anions was investigated by the ratio of the eluent. The results showed that the method for the determination of eight anions had good reproducibility, stability and linear relationship under the optimized conditions. The column was used for the separation of inorganic anions from snow water sample, and six anions could be separated in 15 min. The recovery of six anions was 93.6% - 110.4%. This stationary phase can also be used to separate IO3-, HCOO-, ClO3-, BrO3-, CICH2COO- and H2C2O4.
