摘要
This paper proposes a variant of non-linear Model Predictive Control (MPC) called Finite Control Set MPC (FCS-MPC) for three phase grid connected photovoltaic systems. The controller objectives are twofold: a)Ensure required injection of real and reactive power, b)maintain unity power factor on grid side. In this paper. the proposed MPC has been used for the current control of the converter, which achieves the aforementioned objectives. The converters are made up of switches, which are discrete in nature(either ON or OFF). MPC is simplified by including the finite switching states. which reduces the optimization problem into a simple evaluation problem and makes it quick and easy to do it online. Reference current generation is based on Synchronous Reference Frame Theory(SRFT). The proposed control strategy is compared against classical P1 control with PWM technique and Hysteresis control.
