摘要
A monolithically integrated coherent receiver in silicon photonic technology is presented along with measurement results for constellation diagrams up to 64GBd and bandwidth of 34 GHz. To our knowledge this is the fastest single-chip coherent receiver. (C) 2018 The Author(s)
