摘要：

A program was implemented in practice to investigate heterogeneous soil beds stabilization by draining that enabled evaluation of the effect of various types of vertical drains in stratified beds with pockets and peat-containing clay loam seams that changed the conventional concept about impossibility of stabilizing such soil bases with drains.
