摘要
The purpose of this study is to empirically explore how organizational culture with a focus on collaboration, and certain types of leadership roles significantly affect knowledge sharing. The sample of the study was drawn from 1200 employees working in international tourist hotels in Taiwan. Of usable questionnaires, 499 were included in the data analysis. The findings reveal that there was a strong and positive relationship between a collaborative culture and the effectiveness of knowledge sharing. Also, facilitator, mentor and innovator roles were positively correlated with knowledge sharing effectiveness, and there was a negative relationship between a monitor role and knowledge sharing.
