摘要
The properties of carbon residue derived from nitrogen- and phosphorus-containing polymer precursor were investigated by ESCA, gas adsorption and potentiometric titration. The carbon possesses N-, P- and O-containing functional groups. This functionality makes the surface hydrophilic and confers cation-exchange properties to the carbon. High thermal and chemical stability are the characteristic properties of the carbon. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
