Dual-wavelength actively Q-switched diode-end-pumped ceramic Nd:YAG/BaWO4 Raman laser operating at 1240 and 1376 nm

摘要
Based on different Raman shifts, efficient dual-wavelength Raman operations within a diode-end-pumped actively Q-switched ceramic Nd:YAG/BaWO4 intracavity Raman laser is demonstrated for the first time. At a pump power of 22.3 W and a pulse repetition rate of 10 kHz, the maximum output power of 869 mW and 512 mW for the first Stokes at 1240 nm and for the second Stokes at 1376 nm were obtained. The pulse widths of the first Stokes and the second Stokes were 16 ns and 2.6 ns, respectively.
