摘要:
The structure of the amorphous bands fabricated under the rapid cooling of melts is investigated by the x-ray diffraction. The temperature of melt (T-p==1350-1650degreesC) and the time of its endurance before of ejection (from 1 to 20 minutes) are varied. The rapidly cooled bands sustained for a long time on air and annealed are investigated. The time of ageing is changed from 15 minutes to 24 hrs. The x-ray patterns are measured at room temperature. The increasing height of the first maximum i(s(1)) of the structural factor i(s) up to the certain values is revealed in a freshly-quenched specimens with a low height of i(s(1)) and then aged at 420degreesC that may be associated with increasing both sizes of the clusters and the relative part of a crystalline phase.
