摘要
Convention and Exhibition are essential activities to measure the economic development of a country or regional entity. Taking exhibition industry in Zhongshan as a case, this paper explores its business model innovation. We first discuss the challenges of current government-focused operation mode for exhibition sector. Then using operational ways of Hong Kong and Germany as benchmark, we further analyze how to transfer to market-oriented business model for exhibition industry in China.
