摘要
In the recent research about the supply chain decision mechanism, most literature are based on traditional decision theory. The traditional decision theory domain is generally divided into two camps, and one is based on rational decision research, and another is based on the rule decision theory. Rational decision research assumed that the decision maker is rational, and often can use the knowledge of game theory to analyze the decision action. But because the market environment is complicated and changeable, it make that the rational decision have many limitations in the reality world. Especially in the supply chain network system, in which many decision makers are separated by space and time so, how to realize coordination and to deal with the uncertainty in the environment, and to make overall supply chain performance improver is our the major purpose of this research. In the paper on the rule perspective, we apply GDSS to establish more flexible decision mechanism in the supply chain network.
