摘要
Micro-appearance and chemical composition at the surface of fly ash collected from Sha Zhou Power Station of Guangdong Were measured with field emission-scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), scanning electron microscope/energy disperse spectrum (SEM/EDS) and focused Ion beam (FIB) in this paper. In FIB, it shows that the fly ash are spherical particles with diameter from 0.3 mum to 0. 5 mum and gather together to become larger group by 6 similar to 10 particles. Images of FE-SEM show that most of the fly ash are spherical particles with diameter of 0.1 similar to 1 mum and very rough at the surface cohered with much smaller spherical particles. The surface is composed of oxides of Si, Al, Fe, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, and Ti, with 23.6% Si, 20.5% Al, 1.43% Fe and 50.9% O.
