High-throughput, large-scale SNP genotyping: Bioinformatics considerations

摘要：
In order to provide a high throughput, large-scale genotyping facility at the national level we have developed a set of interdependent information systems. A combination of commercial, publicly-available and in-house developed tools links a series of data repositories based both on flat files and relational databases providing an almost complete semi-automated pipeline.
