摘要：

The Air Force Academy, with a population of 8,000 users connected by a $32 million network, requires its students to purchase desktop computers instead of laptops. There are five reasons for this and these are as follows: cost; decreased capability; inability to upgrade; problems with durability and increased maintenance and; lack of security.
