摘要
Aim. Assessment of value of dyslipoproteinemia for prognosis in the postoperative period after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) and its role as a risk factor of angina recurrence. Methods and material. Lipid profile was determined in 42 patients with and 21 patients without recurrent angina in remote period after CABG surgery. Results. Elevated levels of total and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were present in most patients after CABG irrespective of its functional result. However in patients with recurrent angina these changes occurred significantly more often and were accompanied by high triglycerides and low high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion. Dyslipoproteinemia after CABG surgery was associated with unfavorable course of remote postoperative period.
