Most third world countries are littered with garbage. Nigeria's Lagos city is littered with corpses. The city is where street lamps don't work; a three-kilometer trip takes 2 hours; streets are always flooded when rain comes pouring down; markets stands that sell freshly slaughtered goat carcasses are obscured by clouds flies gorging on warm blood; and a national electric utility is highly unreliable.
