摘要
In order to better deal with the incompleteness of the data in the multi-attribute decision-making process, some improvements have been conducted into the tradetional TOPSIS model, including: 1) interval numbers are involved; 2) in the calculating process, the weight is supposed to be unknown and solved in the interval form; 3) the original ideal solutions are combined to reduce calculation redundancy of TOPSIS model; and 4) the method of interval number ranking based on possibility is introduced into TOPSIS model. This paper takes the optimization of the overseas oil-gas projects as an example to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
