摘要
Incremental forming is the machinery based on the local gradual deformation of the sheet material individual parts according to the program. The significance of using a laser tracker as part of an automated technological complex to increase industrial robotic arm movement accuracy in the process of incremental forming was shown. The requirements of the technological complex measuring system are formulated. The laser tracker signal magnitude mathematical model based on the results of robotic arm movement measurement is built. A robot movement adjustment algorithm for incremental shaping in real time is described
