摘要
The interaction of a random copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone and vinyl acetate with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in water were investigated. A variation in the surface tensions of solutions of SDS in water containing 0.1% w/v Luvitec VA 64 was also observed. It was shown that the presence of the more hydrophobic vinyl acetate moiety in the copolymer facilitates interaction with cationic surfactants at room temperature.
